Modest operandi
As I slide down the gradient...
Pre-paper optimism
- Smile optimistically before the paper.
- Feel sleepy during the paper, but strive to complete it.
- Few comments after the paper other than its lousy format. Reformat brain cells used to store data of questions I didn't do.
- Remain tight-lipped over the difficulty of the paper, choosing instead to dwell on the specific problematic questions.
- Recognise the fact that negative comments on the paper or the candidate will not yield results; fights internal battle where true feelings show.
... I appear modest and calm.
